By signing this Authorization for Text Message Communication, I acknowledge that I authorize text message communication with The Onaya Company regarding appointments, billing, business conversations, business services, and other business-related information.
I understand that standard text messaging rates may apply to messages with The Onaya Company. I agree not to hold The Onaya Company liable for any electronic messaging charges or fees generated by this service. I also understand that I may revoke this permission in writing at any time. I further agree that in the event my cell phone number or cell provider changes, I will inform The Onaya Company as needed.
